You send us a request, we check the calendar, and you usually receive a personal offer by email the same day. With your okay and a 50% deposit the dates are firmly reserved — the rest is due 21 days before arrival.
Yes — free cancellation until 45 days before arrival. Until 21 days before arrival we refund 50%; after that no refund is possible. All details are in the terms.
We recommend one: the island's most beautiful corners are best reached by car, and the house is about 40 minutes from Ponta Delgada airport. On request we are happy to recommend a local rental company we know personally — just mention it in your request.
Children are very welcome — kids under 6 stay free. We can provide a cot and high chair if needed; just mention it in your request.
On request — tell us briefly who you would like to bring and we'll find a solution together.
Check-in from 4 pm via key box, so you are flexible on arrival. Check-out by 10 am. Earlier arrival or later departure is possible depending on availability — just ask.
The minimum stay is 4 nights and the house sleeps up to 6 guests. Longer stays are always possible — we love those.
